When 92 PRO-FM’s J. Buff isn’t in the studio, he absolutely loves exploring all Rhode Island has to offer.

Here are three of his favorite green space all-stars!
  1. THE TEN MILE RIVER GREENWAY – named for the waterway it parallels and not its length, runs 3 miles through a serene and green corridor connecting the City of East Providence and Pawtucket.

  2. WINSLOW PARK @ T.F. GREEN AIRPORT – It’s one of Rhode Island’s newest parks and it’s very unique. It has soccer and baseball fields and a stone trail that weaves around. You can watch planes take off and land while you relax!

  3. KEN WEBER CONSERVATION AREA @ CASCADE BROOK, GREENVILLE RI – A short but moderately challenging hiking trail for people and leashed dogs. It’s best to go right after a heavy rain and catch a glimpse of the waterfall at the start of the loop.
